उत्तिष्ठ Uttishtha

Arise with knowledge from the Gita & Upanishads

Anger comes from wanting; notice the want, breathe, and move on.

ध्यायतो विषयान्पुंसः सङ्गस्तेषूपजायते । सङ्गात्संजायते कामः कामात्क्रोधोऽभिजायते ॥

Bhagavad Gita 2.62

Dwelling on things breeds attachment to them; attachment breeds desire, and desire, when blocked, turns into anger.

Your anger grows from holding onto what you want. Notice that pull toward wanting, that feeling of being pulled, and simply breathe. Then, return to what you were doing.

When you feel anger, notice it, then breathe, and return to your task.
