Arise with knowledge from the Gita & Upanishads

Peace comes when you release the grip of wanting.

विहाय कामान्यः सर्वान् पुमांश्चरति निःस्पृहः । निर्ममो निरहंकारः स शान्तिमधिगच्छति ॥

Bhagavad Gita 2.71

One who lets go of all cravings and lives free of longing, without 'I' and 'mine', finds peace.

You’ve found a quiet place, a space free of craving. To keep that peace, continue to notice any pull toward wanting, and simply return to what you were doing. This gentle turning is the path.

When you finish a task, pause before starting the next.
