Arise with knowledge from the Gita & Upanishads
Practice stillness; the mind can be steadied.
असंशयं महाबाहो मनो दुर्निग्रहं चलम् । अभ्यासेन तु कौन्तेय वैराग्येण च गृह्यते ॥
Bhagavad Gita 6.35
The mind is restless and hard to control, no doubt. But it can be steadied by practice and by letting go.
It’s true, the mind is difficult to still. But just as a lamp steadies with care, so too can your mind. It takes practice, and letting go of what you fear.
When you notice worry, return your attention to your breath for five breaths.
