उत्तिष्ठ Uttishtha
Arise with knowledge from the Gita & Upanishads
Find stillness within; let your mind and senses rest.
यदा पञ्चावतिष्ठन्ते ज्ञानानि मनसा सह । बुद्धिश्च न विचेष्टते तामाहुः परमां गतिम् ॥
Katha Upanishad 2.3.10
When the five senses and the mind are still, and even the intellect does not stir, that is called the highest state.
You've found a stillness within. This quietness means your senses and mind are at rest; it’s a valuable space. Notice how it feels, and gently maintain it as you move through your day.
Pause once today and simply observe your senses, without reacting.
