यतो वाचो निवर्तन्ते अप्राप्य मनसा सह । आनन्दं ब्रह्मणो विद्वान् । न बिभेत कुतश्चनेति ।
Taittiriya Upanishad 2.9
One who knows the joy of Brahman, which words and mind turn back from, unable to reach, is never afraid of anything.
The joy of Brahman is beyond words and thought; it’s a deeper stillness. What worries you now is small compared to that vastness. To know that joy, even briefly, stills fear.
Pause, and for one minute, simply feel the space within you.
